CUTE FELT ANIMAL BLOCKS & A GIVEAWAY!

I found the cutest pattern on Etsy the other day, bought it, and made the cutest, easiest felt animal blocks ever!  The photo above are the ones I made. The smaller children at the hospital are going to love these.  They're squishy, soft, and easy to hold onto. And I plan on making a lot more.

You think those are cute?  Look at Little Red Riding Hood, Grandma and the Wolf!  What an awesome Christmas gift with a Little Red Riding Hood book!

Or how about her Eric Carle inspired Brown Bear, Brown Bear collection?

So I contacted Benita at Heart Felt Patterns and not only did she agree to a giveaway but donated all her patterns for me to use for the kids at the hospital!  How generous is that!  She doesn't have a lot of patterns in her store but that will be changing soon.  Did I hear Sesame Street?  I'll be the first to buy it!

Each finished block is 3x3" with arms, legs, wings, and ears extending out from the block.  I used wool felt for mine but you could use fleece or cotton fabric as well.  I made all 4 in an afternoon so they're easy and oh so cute.

Benita is offering an e- pattern of your choice for this giveaway.  All you have to do is visit her Heart Felt Patterns shop and decide which pattern you like the most.  Just leave a comment below telling me your favorite.  How easy is that!  Giveaway will run thru December 4.  That will give you plenty of time to make them for Christmas!

And while you're at it, why not make some for a child in need, a crisis nursery, or a hospital in your area.  You'll be so happy and feel so good if you do that.
