MONSTER DELIVERY DAY

Lucy from MyFunnyBuddy - if you're reading this, your Monster Toy was a really big hit with the Child Life Specialists at the hospital.  They said the two faces were really great and they have a special little boy who needs one of them right now!

For those of you who haven't seen this cute pattern, it is a softie monster with a happy face on one side and a sad face on the other.  The nurses find these useful to communicate with kids who don't want to talk because they're scared or too sick.  I used fleece for the faces, flannel for the bodies, and felt for the ears and hands - different touches & different textures.

Also took a dozen of my usual softie animal pillows.  The original pattern is by Mary at Precious Patterns but I removed the arms and legs so they wouldn't get caught in any IV lines and made them a little bit smaller.  This is definitely the favorite at the hospital.
